Description
Villa Azahar was transformed from a traditional neoclassical house into a warm, family-friendly sanctuary. The project focused on creating an inviting, luxurious atmosphere with organic materials and a soft color palette that reflects warmth and elegance. In addition to enhancing the villa's aesthetic, we expanded the number of bedrooms to accommodate a growing family and added a private cinema room, providing a unique space for entertainment and relaxation. This villa combines neoclassical elegance with modern comfort to create a perfect family retreat.

To renovate a traditional neoclassical villa, creating a warm and family-friendly environment with expanded bedrooms and a private cinema, while preserving an air of elegance and luxury.
Problem definition
To design a luxurious, welcoming space that meets the needs of a modern family. This required the use of organic materials, a soft color palette, and careful planning to expand living spaces while retaining the villa’s neoclassical charm.

What we did
In this villa, our team is crafting a warm, elegant family home that blends classic luxury with contemporary comfort. To achieve this, we worked with a mix of organic, warm materials and a soothing color palette that invites relaxation. By expanding the number of bedrooms, we created ample space for a growing family, ensuring both privacy and comfort for each family member. The addition of a private cinema room adds a unique touch, offering a dedicated space for family entertainment. Throughout the project, our design choices reflect a balance between sophistication and warmth, making “Villa Azahar” a luxurious yet welcoming retreat.
The transformation of the spaces was deeply radical, focused on refining even the most subtle details. It was a renovation where our expert builders and artisans truly showcased their skills.
